Original EEPROM Firmware File for Epson XP-208 Printer
This technical file is not a software, it is a binary file to be used with an EPROM programmer. The process involves manually extracting the EEPROM from the printer’s logic board.

Requirements
- 8-pin EEPROM programmer, recommended models are RT809F or RT809H
After purchasing, you will receive the file via email. To back up the information stored in the logic board’s memory, follow these steps:
- Remove the EEPROM(s) from the logic board carefully
- Place the EEPROM in the programmer’s socket and read its content to create a backup
- Save the resulting backup file to recover the information in case of issues during programming or incompatibility
- Download the firmware we sent to your email and program it into the backed-up EEPROM
- Ensure successful programming without errors
- Reinsert the EEPROM on the board, pay attention to pin 1 for correct orientation
- Check the soldering for a proper connection
After completing the programming successfully, test the printer. Our files have been tested and approved by our technical team, so the printer should function properly.
