The original EEPROM firmware file for the Epson L495 printer is a technical file used with an EPROM programmer. This manual process involves extracting the EEPROM from the printer’s logic board. The file is not a software, but a binary file intended for use with the programmer.

There are 2 files included in this package:
L1 = W25Q64
L2 = W25Q64
Requirements:
You will need an 8-pin EEPROM programmer for this process. We recommend the RT809F or RT809H models for best results. After purchasing, you will receive the file via email.
Instructions for Backing up Information:
- Carefully remove the EEPROM(s) from the logic board.
- Insert the EEPROM into the programmer socket and read its content to create a backup.
- Save the backup file to restore the information in case of issues during programming or compatibility problems.
- Download the firmware file sent to your email and write it onto the backed-up EEPROM.
- Ensure a successful and error-free write process.
- Reinstall the EEPROM back into its original position on the board, paying attention to pin 1 orientation.
- Check the soldering carefully for a proper connection.
