These Epson printer models WF-7110, WF-7111, WF-7610, WF-7611, WF-7620, WF-7621 are not compatible with WICRESET and their residual ink pad counter cannot be reset with the WIC reset utility. These models feature a separate maintenance residual ink cartridge with its own IC chip. Therefore, if the residual ink counters overflow, the customer must replace the maintenance box, the chip, or physically reset the chip.
