Quick Steps to Reset Pantum P3012D Chip
1️⃣ Connect the Pantum P3012D printer to your computer via USB cable.
2️⃣ Turn on the printer that requires a toner chip reset.
3️⃣ Download and open the reset-Pantum.exe file.
4️⃣ Click “Get Printer ID” to retrieve the ID key.
5️⃣ Copy the ID file and send it to US to receive the reset file.
6️⃣ Run “Upgrade Firmware” and wait 2-3 minutes for the process to complete.
⚠ Important: Do not turn off the printer during the reset process. Let the printer complete the reset successfully. Good luck!
Pantum P3012D Printer Error Messages & Solutions
🔹 Error: “Drum unit not found 1001” / “CTG not detected 1001”
🔹 Issue: The printer fails to detect the drum unit.
🔹 Error: “Toner life end” / “Toner expired 3001”
🔹 Issue: The toner cartridge has reached its lifespan.
➡ Solution: Reset the toner chip using the reset software to continue printing without replacing the chip.
