ARCHIVO BINARIO CHIPLESS EPSON SC – T2170 is a technical file, not a software. It is a binary file to be used with the EPROM Programmer, a manual procedure that is done by directly extracting the EEPROM from the printer’s logic board. The printer changes to the (SERIE T) model, allowing it to adapt the ink system.

REQUIREMENTS:

EEPROM Programmer with 8 pins, we recommend the RT809F or RT809H model. After making the purchase, you will receive the file in your email.

Instructions for backing up the information stored in the board’s memory:

  1. Remove the EEPROM(s) from the logic board carefully.
  2. Place the EEPROM in the EEPROM programmer socket and proceed to read its content to make a backup copy.
  3. Save the resulting backup file, which will allow you to recover the information in case of problems during the recording process or if any incompatibility arises.
  4. Download the firmware we have sent to your email and proceed to burn it to the previously backed up EEPROM.
  5. Ensure that the recording is done successfully and without errors.
  6. Once the recording is completed successfully, reinsert the EEPROM into its original position on the board. Pay special attention to the pin 1 details to ensure correct orientation.
  7. Check the soldering carefully to ensure a proper connection.
  8. Now you can test the equipment. The files available on our site have been tested and approved by our technical team, so the equipment should work correctly.
