The original firmware EEPROM BIN file for the Epson L365 printer is a technical file used with the EPROM programmer. This manual procedure involves extracting the EEPROM from the printer’s logic board.
Identification
There are two files included:
– IC1
– IC2
Requirements
You will need an 8-pin EEPROM programmer, such as the RT809F or RT809H models. After purchasing, you will receive the file via email.
Instructions
To back up the information stored in the logic board memory, follow these steps:
1. Carefully remove the EEPROM(s) from the logic board.
2. Place the EEPROM in the programmer socket and read its content to create a backup copy.
3. Save the resulting backup file to recover information in case of issues during programming or compatibility problems.
4. Download the firmware sent to your email and program it onto the previously backed-up EEPROM.
5. Verify successful programming without errors.
6. Reinsert the EEPROM back into its original position on the board, paying attention to pin 1 for correct orientation.
7. Check soldering carefully to ensure a proper connection.
8. Test the equipment. The files provided have been tested and approved by our technical team for proper functionality.
